I had spent almost two years building a client relationship and visiting the business to gather requirements every 2-3 weeks. I would present the new updates to the system, gather additional requirements, and provide video tutorials showing how to use the system.
The BA System was created with bootstrap, HTML5, PHP, SQL PDO, and Javascript. I designed the screens to look like a Windows 8 dashboard to make it easier for the users. I used a dark flat style with bright colors to contrast as inspiration for designing the UI. All of the screens, functionality, and database work was built from scratch.
The BA System covers the brand ambassador program where product samples are given out and feedback is gathered from the community. The community feedback helps provide stores with potential sales figures so they can make smarter buying choices.
Within the system I created an app for planning routes of different stores and the brands that will be showcased at those stores. Each route is assigned to an employee including the dates and times for visiting each location. A PDF can be generated in the employees login to view their work order for that week.
When an employee needs to visit their location they will login to the Recap Sheet app where they will recap the feedback they have recieved for that day. There are additional reports that can be generated for tracking brand popularity and also employee performance metrics. This app was designed very well and had great reception when it was released.
